About Me
For over 25 years I’ve committed my life to contemplative practice and relational healing. Trained across yogic, Theravadin, and Mahamudra traditions and Relational Awakening. I bring contemplative depth together with somatic and relational approaches — Hakomi, Somatic Experiencing, IFS (parts work), and Nonviolent Communication.
My deepest intention is authentic service: waking up together, with care, clarity, and rooted presence.
How I work
In session, I facilitate access to a more resourced state beyond the isolated mind—then we notice what’s present, welcome it, and allow habitual patterns to unwind. Sessions blend meditative insight, somatic tracking, and parts-based exploration.
